This is a great outfit run by people that are first and foremost car guys who are knowledgeable about the type of cars they sell and IMO have great taste in spec etc. - their showroom stock demonstrates this. The entire process of buying the new car and part-exchanging my previous car was made incredibly simple and smooth by Joel. We agreed on a very fair deal and never felt as though I was being rushed or pressured to buy. The service provided was unquestionably the best car buying experience I have had and will definitely be going to Rom Motors first when I'm in the market for a new car in the future. I love my new BMW 440i and very thankful to Joel for getting me into it within a week.

Been looking for a VW transporter for a few months and came across this stunning example. It’s quite clear that this t5 has not wanted for anything. The guys at ROM motors where amazing and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The service you receive from them is second to none. The presentation of the van was spot on. I took the van away and unfortunately I found a few little issues with it. I rang Joel and explained the problems. Without hesitating he booked the van in and reassured me that all would be sorted. They supplied me with a very smart courtesy car. After 1 week I had a phone call to say the van is ready for you to collect. Picked it back up on the following Saturday. Everything was fixed and sorted just like it was promised. Very happy with their service and would most definitely recommend their garage and the cars. Not everyday you meet some genuine people within this area of the trade. Thank you ROM motors

ROM motors where absolutely superb during the purchase of my new vehicle , the sales manager was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and enhanced my experience during the part exchange process. Everything was achieved during the current pandemic where the process was kept inline with social distancing guidelines - Top car sales company , thanks guys, over the moon with my new purchase , the car was presented as if brand new!!!!

I've been looking for a BMW M5 with the Competition Package and I came across a vehicle offered by ROM Motors. Since I'm based in Cornwall, I have decided not to visit their company and asked if they could deliver the M5 to me instead. That was no problem at all and the car has met all my expectations. It's exactly as they have advertised it. From an initial contact, through all purchasing process to delivery of my vehicle, all people that I have dealt with were very professional and it was a pleasure to dealing with them. Happy Christmas guys and Santa came a bit earlier to me this year :-)
