Our Time

I can only comment on my online experience. I was sent the incorrect paper shade on my first order. I made an error cancelling my second and the customer service rep I spoke to had a serious attitude. Trying to figure out why my messages were ignored got me a short 'im busy, buy some more if you need to'. I was absolutely going to buy some more as the first error was mine but their service was disgusting. I was then messaged after seeing my review telling me to never order from them again. Such a professional company. To keep it short as I refuse to have any part of the game they are trying to play, I left my review and opinion, they have replied here with lies and carefully edited messages, ringing me personally after I requested they do not contact me again and sending messages threatening legal action. I want nothing further to do with this company or the vendetta they are now trying to pursue. Do not contact me again personally or by other means.
