Just got back from taking our 2 boys for eye tests. Phenomenal service from all the staff! We all felt very safe. Extra thanks to Akshar, Sharon and Nigel who were particularly outstanding in making our boys feel completely at ease.

On two separate occasions staff on the phone have been unhelpful and at times rude. The first time I was given incorrect information that caused unnecessary disappointment. Today the staff member was unable to answer my questions relating to an issue with my recent purchase or give me advise on how this can be resolved. Staff member had poor telephone manner
