I had all my carpets laid by this company and all was finr until afee works later when the hallway carpet started to come up in several places. Fair enough it's a new carpet so the fitter came to put it right. All the other carpets in the house are fine. The reason for the one star review is that the fitter has been out a total of 6 times to \put it right\. Thr carpet is clearly faulty, it's never been right since it was laid, but rather then accept responsibility they keep telling me there must be a cause, \there must be damp\ I can assure you there is not as they have checked every time they've been out. \It must be the gripper rods\ its must be this that or the other, anything but their fault. So for the shoddy customer service alone I do not recommend.

We recently had a very challenging renovation project, which involved working in a very tight timeframe, and for a Charity. The team from Star were able to be prepared, ready for work at short notice, and deliver an excellent finish, whilst working around other trades and suppliers. The Charity are very happy with the result, and once again, we will have no hesitation in recommending Star Carpets for our onward projects.
