Terrible been with them 50 yrs can safely say this is the worst I Have ever known. Pandemic see a doctor no chance can see a nurse! Its about time those Quacks stopped hiding behind the nurses and did some work.

Spoke to receptionist this morning to see if I could speak to a doctor concerning my condition, was told the doctor I spoke to originally was on holiday till Monday. Explained that I'm at work on Monday so difficult to ring and just wanted some advice she said the nurses were all busy and I had no choice but to ring on Monday, so a weekend of worry for me, thanks for your understanding.

Every time I call this Health Centre I find the reception staff very rude. In particularly ‘Angela’ who thinks it’s okay to diagnose patients over the phone after you’ve asked kindly to speak to a Doctor for an assessment which by the way I requested over the phone rather than a visit, from the advice given by 111. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say purely bcus a nurse happened to walk in to reception and give her the advice to give to me? Yeah okay then. She then said a doctor wasn’t available until the afternoon - which wasn’t even a problem for me, I was happy to wait and then funnily enough she put me straight through to a doctor who didn’t give me the same advice given to you by the nurse. So thanks for nothing! Luckily for me, you were on loudspeaker and all my colleagues at work found you to also be very rude. You have to be firm with the reception staff unfortunately if you want to get something done, otherwise they fob you off here. Kindness and asking nicely doesn’t work for them.

Charged us 30 for a valid sicknote which only suggested what we needed to. And ahd to pay in cash despite a pandamic...
