Seriously shocking receptionists at Outpatient 1. Blaming clients, shouting at clients, gossiping about clients to their colleagues in full view and hearing of other clients. Shocking! So unprofessional and quite deluded about their manners. Where did they recruit these people? Surely 'customer service' skills should be part of any receptionist jobs. Try to ask to speak to someone for a complaint and you get brushed off. Disgusting!

Extremely Incompetent and unhelpful doctors and staffs!
Just moved to the area from the south. Went to register myself and my husband, we went to Maples (very rude receptionists) were stood in a queue for over ten minutes. I then went to Castlemead where they didn’t seem interested. Thirdly I went to the Centre Surgery where I found the receptionist very pleasant and helpful. We registered here and both received a check up with the nurse “Laura” who was very thorough helpful and happy. I have never known such a lovely surgery.
Almost impossible to book an appointment and if you succeed is a lottery...some doctors are really good others extremely disappointing. If you feel sick, better going straight to the hospital.
Utter waste of time! I was referred to this out of hours ‘organisation‘ last night by my docs only to be told that I needed to go back to my own docs!!! If I could give no stars I would. Jo Cullen
