Very helpful in choosing a new fragrance even tho I didn't have a big budget they let me smell loads very friendly and welcoming nothing is no problem wasnt rushed,i even brought a lovely travel sparky atomiser to put my perfume which they took the time to show me how to use it in for traveling ideal for not taking my big bottle
