took my Japanese spitz for his first ever groom and what can I say.....just fantastic he looked and smelt amazing the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Just a brilliant service that offers so much I really liked his free bandana, was a lovely touch. Looking forward to taking him back in January. Will highly recommend you, the groom room really pleased
