I have used this post office many times since moving to Burbage but have never been impressed with the service I get. The postmaster always seems to have something more important to do than help his customers be it stack parcels, talk on the phone or anything other than concentrate on dealing with my query. Now that my postman uses this shop to leave my parcels if I am not in, I am condemned to long waits whilst the postmaster fails to deal efficiently with those ahead of me. Ensure your affairs are in order before entering as you may find the wait so long that you emerge considerably older than when you entered.

Disgusting customer service today mr Joshi! As I parked in front of your shop to grab a cob from next door, I use both shops nearly everyday over the lunchtime period. You bashed on my window and told me to move, no problem. You walked away and the next I know you've swung open my door and give me a mouth full!? I was taken back and frightened. (Lady on her own) I will not be using your post office again, I've lived here over 10 years and for all the time i have used all the shops on the three pots everyday! May i suggest you pay out and get YOUR parking spaces sign posted and maybe lines painted....u may not have to be so aggressive with customers. 90% of customers from both shops will use the other shop at the same time, that's something u should bare in mind.

Went in 8.45 post office doesn't open until 9 went away came back 9.15 still not open waste of time!
