We as a german Triumph forum did not get any feedback or explainations on Triumphs growing failure of the gearboxes of all their liquid cooled models. The failure happen on brand new and old bikes. As soon as the guarantee is over you have to pay a huge money but then aswell the fixed parts failing again. On some cases safety issues happend to the owners due to this. We as germans triumph and bobber forum members expecting a clearification from Triumph. Unfortunately untils this will happen our poposals to all members has to be the advice not to by any Triumph to be safe.

Visitor experience is great, some amazing bikes on display. Shop has great quality accessories and all staff are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
A must see place for any motorcycles enthusiast. Great collection of British cult brand. Featured in several blockbuster films, including Bond. Additionally you can book guided factory tour allowing you to eyewitness how these great motorcycles are built.
We had an amazing experience walking through the assembly line. Tons of details and information about their production and how they operate. Pete was our tour guy. I would do it over and over again!
Roy gave us an excellent, detailed tour of the factory on a quiet Sunday, so we could really see/imagine what would normally be going on. The investment was impressive and it was good to see a properly managed, disciplined workplace kept clean. Triumph deserve success. The two bikes I have owned from new and a third second hand have been ridden through ALL weathers and still come up gleaming. My son Ashley and I really enjoyed our day and he rides my old Street Triple. He grins a lot.
On a visit, they talk to you and are interested in what You would like to see on your motorcycle. They listen! I would like to see a visitors area and or a cafe there, so as you can pop in for a cuppa etc.
A good day out, from the initial museum area to the interesting factory tour.
