Hi I have requested viewing at property witch has be cancelled by agent. After short conversation over the phone with agent - Penny has refused to show this property as my one is not listed for sell. Wow what a customer service. Penny and her approach to customer is out of order How she can tell I'm not able to buy property .

Very unprofessional, incredibly difficult to contact and very deceitful staff. I'm sure the staff are not to blame and are guided from higher above but would avoid dealing with this company. Many many better estate agents out there who are genuine.
Outstanding service!!! From start of getting in touch for the first time Joseph was on the phone and in touch all the way through including the weekends. Very happy with the customer service and professional ability of the staff. I would really recommend this way to sell. No waiting for admin staff to call back just reply straight away and you are in control of the visits instantly. The offers were handled straight away with a call from Joseph the representative to find out my opinion as well as a message keeping me updated. Outstanding and competitively priced compared to high street agents. Really happy I chose Yopa!!!
We sold within 2 weeks with Yopa - Connie Friston LE10 coverage was fantastic! Connie sold our house as if it was her own! Loved having an online portal, being able to view your activity 24/7! Very responsive, very attentive and met all expectations! We used their solicitor (part of the package) - Blacks from Leeds, they too were superb! If you want a 21st century estate agents and not one that closes on a Wednesday lunch and 5pm daily then Yopa is the way forward!
Our first impression of our Yopa agent was positive. She was responsive and helpful. But when our house purchase was delayed and a number of closing dates were missed, she did little to provide any updates or assurance. We barely heard from her at all and did most of the work ourselves, communicating directly with the seller on outstanding issues. The agent's attitude at this point became too cavalier and we wondered what her role was at all in the house buying process. (I suspect her interest was limited to receiving her commission check at the close of the deal.) I think Yopa's structure and sales model may have something to do with it; the agents function independently and have no real accountability to the organisation, and therefore, but not always, no interest in representing and upholding corporate values, which translates into bad customer service. We wouldn't deal with Yopa again if we could avoid it.
I've got a 5* agent called Craig Hedges representing me in the marketplace. After being with Connells (who weren't good), my experience with Yopa due to this man has been fantastic. 1 person really still does make a difference.
The agent who visited us appeared total disinterested in our property, was very negative and seriously undervalued it.
Very disappointed with the service with this company. We were gazumped for 1500 because yopa told the vendors that the other people were in a better buying position. We have sold to a first time buyer and willing to break the chain and move in with parents. I think its disgusting that we weren't given the opportunity to up our offer and it think it's bad how yopa can comment on our buying position without knowing the facts.
