I've used Elizabeth Gordon for some time and kept using them because they were great but also because they knew my Parents' hard to find address. When I ordered some christmas flowers for my recently widowed mother, I assumed all would be well as they had previously delivered before. Lots of odds made this not so. I left a message christmas day to say my Mother hadn't received them and please to call. I expected a call some days later but much to my surprise a call came christmas day with huge apologies (incorrectly noted number, new owners, etc.). Suffice it to say, my mother's flowers were delivered christmas day, I cannot begin to tell you the importance and significance of this. She said they were fabulous. Thank you so very much.
