I am always so impressed with how dentists deal on a daily level with the exacting demands placed upon them by their profession and the expectations of their patients. My dentist at the Grayshott practise is Dr Shahista Begum and today I was reminded again of Dr Begums great ability to not only deliver excellent technical skill but also provide first rate patient care.

I called today in absolute agony with toothache that I've had for a while requesting an appointment for one simple filling. Was told by the receptionist that because I'm a private patient that I must pay the extortionate amount of 100 just for an assessment and then must book another appointment after that to get the actual filling done. No thanks.

Dr Begum was brilliant ,fitted me in at short notice after breaking a tooth., She is very professional and excellent dentist. All the staff are kind and friendly . Would definitely recommend Dr Begum and practice My tooth looks like new very pleased .
