I am fairly certain that our house purchase would not have gone though had it not been for Adrian's effort. When it seemed all was lost Adrian was able to pull together all the parties and find a suitable compromise in almost impossible circumstances. Worse estate agent I have ever come across. We suppose to get our key by 1st of August 2019. Today on 28th July 2019, they told that land has change mind. They can’t provide property After doing all the referencing, taking deposits. We have to fill many pages of form. Which took hours. Has Wasted our time. What a unreliable estate agent. We have already given notice to our recent property, packed all our stuff. Now just 3 days before moving house, they are saying that the land lord has change mind. At least we suppose to get alternatives. I would suggest everyone to think twice before going for this estate agent. They will make you in mess.
Possibly one of the worst estate agents out there, despite the strong competition for this title. Terrible attitudes, poor customer service, and they don't even listen to you when it comes to your needs in a property. Absolute time wasters just trying to offload property after property, I guess so they can just tell landlords they have booked viewings for a property.
