Thank you so much Peter and all your wonderful staff, for making Betty so welcome and immediately included in all you do at Manormead. She was so very happy , secure and settled within a day or two of arriving. You attended to her every need, escorting her to appointments, checking her medication but even more than that I appreciated that you spent time with her and really got to know her The family are only sorry we didn’t persuade her to move up to you years ago ! Thank you all.
