Sadly I've not yet had an experience of the interior of this outwardly enticing shop. For the second occasion I've tried to visit it during opening hours, the shop is firmly closed and unwelcoming. So much for Hygge. Lights are on, sign says open but the door is locked and there is an answering machine on the phone line. Opening hours on the door and given on the answer phone message are aligned at 10am, but at 10:55 until I give up at 11:10, the store is closed.

Awful customer service, ordered items that were on a 7 day lead time which took 3 months. Didn't fit properly when they arrived, took another 2 months to get the return docket. It has been 3 months since they were returned and I have yet to receive a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
