I have been at moorlands for 4 years now, starting as a care assistant and working my way up to management, the team is amazing to work with and every one is supportive, its a home away from home and a wonderful atmosphere to work in, the care team is fantastic! Bringing high energy to everything they do, and the residents are a pleasure to care for. I couldn’t imagine being any where else and feel supported with everything. All of the departments work together to provide the highest standard of care and to give our residents the best quality of life possible.
Moorlands lodge have a fantastic environment filled with teams whom provide genuine great and respectful care for residents. Nothing is too much trouble for extended families. I am so pleased of the choices made.
I have worked at Moorlands Lodge for seven years. My opinion of the home is that it is a genuinely warm and welcoming place where the needs and preferences of each Resident come first and foremost. It is not an easy task to meet the expectations of such a diverse clientele but Management are proactive in evolving as a community and are passionate about designing our staffing structures and systems to meet or even exceed the expectation of every single person that comes through our doors. I am proud to be part of a team that puts the people first.
Our whole family are delighted mum is settling at Moorlands Lodge following months of searching for somewhere suitable. Moorlands Lodge is like no other, we received such a warm welcome from the first meeting and we now receive regular uploads from the friendly team. 5* stars, well done and keep up the good work
