I own a home next to a Tkei development as part of this development I was supposed to be paid for screening / hedging due to my property being overlooked by said development. An amount was agreed in writing and payment dates agreed. I have now been chasing the money for six months with repeated missed payment dates, my calls and emails are never returned I am now looking at a small claims court. Anyone looking at dealing with this company stay well clear. Fight against any planning hard as you will be swindled I don’t normally do reviews however I thought a warning was needed for anyone dealing with this company. Tkei have now paid the money owed
