This is my second time visiting this salon . The first time I waited over an hour for a pedicure. I only tried out this salon because it was so close to my home and I had need a quick pedicure due to previous engagements. Today I returned because once again it was close and other salons were close to closing . I walked in the guy was rude . I asked how long the wait was for a pedicure and I never got an answer , just kept saying go wash your hands . There was to other people waiting for services and the only thing he had done is sat all of us at different chairs . I sat in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes . At that point I just left because I knew I would be late to my dinner date . This was my very last time trying to get serviced at this salon . I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone no matter how desperate you may be

I had a great experience! I wasn't in the mood for a bunch of conversation, but both services were done to perfection! I got a Deluxe Pedi and a Gel Mani!
Very disloyal to customer who has been with them since they opened their business.
Horrible experience!! This business is not focused on communication or optimal customer service. They are more focused on profit. There are too many nail shops in Hinesville to give your dollars to this business.
