Completely blown away by Ebony. Full set acrylic with 3D acrylic flower, marbling, and ombré. Reasonably priced and she took her time to make sure the quality was best

My sister and I went there and we both had manicures and pedicures done simultaneously. I had a fill in and 2 replacements on a set that was done in my home town which I absolutely loved and ended up going to Hinesville to visit. A little over 3 hours and 250.00 later, we were done. JP asked me if I liked my nails and I told him no. The 2 nails that I needed replaced were curved under while the remainder of my original set were straight. This took extremely long to “fix”. Fast forward 12 days and our nails have completely popped off and my sister has what seems to be an infection from them. I DO NOT recommend as we will not be returning.

My nails were done by the owner and were 5 stars. Absolutely excellent. I also got a pedicure that was 1 star. It was quickly done, my nails were not filed and uneven, the step by step process was not completed as a pedicure generally is. The polish was requested to be gel and was not. The polish was also on my skin and cuticles and chipped on the 2nd day. I would get my finger nails done there again, but would never get a pedicure there again.

I decided to try Stella's based off of recommendations from co-workers. I had an appointment for a deluxe pedicure. I was greeted promptly and the service itself was great. They took their time and was satisfied. At the time of payment, I noticed the amount due was higher. I questioned the balance and was told that we were given the dream deluxe pedicure instead of the deluxe pedicure which I booked and confirmed twice when I got there. After a few minutes of going back and forth, another staff member stepped in and said they'll correct the pricing. Why did it even take all of that? You all messed up! Instead of initially owning or acknowledging it, you charge the customer without even saying something?? I'm a person of principle and it came across as very deceptive. And what's even more insulting is there is literally only ONE difference between the two packages! It's not as if you did a whole extra slew of work. This experience has turned me off from this establishment and needless to say I will not be returning.

My friend and I went in for a gel manicure (supposed to be 1 hour) we both had appointments at 11 am and I was taken back by Hill? I think his name is. And he did my gel manicure in 30 minutes. Rushed everything about it. My friend was seen by him after me because no one else was available for her appointment. She gets done in 30 minutes. She gets cut, bleeds, he doesn’t say sorry. Then I have to go back the next day to get my thumb nail fixed because it was already chipping. He fixes it fast, I leave, now today is the day after getting it fixed and it’s chipping again. So dissappointed, I just had a baby 2 months ago so it’s hard for me to just leave the house when I want and I can’t go back down there to fix it anytime soon. They need to stop rushing and give quality service so the next person doesn’t experience what I did. 40 of a waste of money

When I arrived they were welcoming. After that it was firm hill. I sat down and my 25 pedicure ended costing 55 and looks HORRIBLE! One of the techs continued to berate her customer for a good hour claiming that she’s been doing nails 13 or 30(her accent was strong) years and she was extremely rude. But back to my nail techs, Jay did ok aside from cutting my skin with the drill a few times. Joan was friendly but my pedicure looks bad, and after paying 100, I was very disappointed. Will not be going back nor will I refer.

Manicurists cut my nail beds until they bled. They attempted to up charge me for the dream deluxe which I did not ask for. I said Deluxe pedicure for 40. I refused to pay for my 17 manicure when I was out at risk for infection due the lady cutting my nail beds until they bled, she continued to put tissue paper on them as they bled for 15 minutes. She was not wearing gloves and this is a health risk. Not to mention I am now at risk for infection in my cuticle area. Completely unsatisfied and will never return or recommend.
