I love this service. Charlie is a great guy and provides exemplary service. He is always on time, always gets me to my destination on time, and provides great conversation. His rates are very reasonable. I use his service for airport transport, and he has never failed to exceed expectations. #veteran

Mr.sands showed up 15 minutes early to pick me and my family up, to bring us to Logan airport. On the return he gave us a call when our plane landed to let us know he was in the limo lot waiting. A great way to get in and out of the airport. The prices are very reasonable.

My family used Charles B. Livery service to go to Boston for a wedding and a return trip back to the South Shore. The driver (Charles) was right on time to pick us up. He was friendly and courteous. The vehicle was super clean and comfortable. If I could give him 10 stars, then I would.

I believe in shout outs when I receive good service and rarely if ever take to social media to report bad service but what we experienced last night is really beyond comprehension. Normally we rely on family and friends for trips to the airport but we had a very early departure and a very late arrival so we asked for recommendations for a livery service and several friends recommended Charles B Livery.. the reservation process was easy and the communication was good. We were picked up early for our flight and arrived at the airport on time. I paid the driver 100 in cash as I was told the credit card machine was not working..no problem at all. Yesterday I texted at 4 pm for my 1230 am pick up and was giving a confirmation that included my drivers cell number. We landed early so I texted him, no response, Called and got voicemail. Texted and called again and then texted the owner-no response. I finally called owner and he did answer (was obviously sleeping) and he said he would look into and get back to me. 10 minutes later he called me back and said driver was in an accident and was not coming. I am not sure why the driver responded to him and not me but anyway I asked what we should do now and radio silence-he offered NO SOLUTION. It was 1230 am and I was stranded at Logan. I asked if I would get a refund for my initial trip as this was such a bad business practice and he began to argue with me and then hung up on me. We ended up taking an Uber home and ironically it was only 35.00. I keep thinking what if I was a child, or elderly and not technology savvy about Uber..or what if I had had paid for my round trip reservation in advance? Honestly I am ashamed for this business owner and his Veteran status does little to sway me, -my husband is also a Veteran (Disabled) and honorable and would never treat a customer this way and would NEVER hang up one. Mr Sands should be ashamed of his behavior and lack of customer service. Period.
