Completely satisfied with the doctors here and very thankful for my doctor Hannah however the reception staff are the most rudest people I've ever spoken to at any clinic in my life. I ask a question on the phone and get interrupted and talked over like they know what I'm asking, they have bad attitudes and rude tones and don't know how to speak nicely and provide good customer service. That's the only thing I hate about attending this clinic and I almost don't even bother calling anymore cause I know I will just cop attitude from the front staff.

What an amazing team of Staff, Doctors and Specialist, from the moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome, the ladies on reception are a credit to your practice. Iv been a patient for many many years and not once have I ever had to wait to see a doctor. Your nurses are so incredibly skilled. If you need a good professional well equipped doctors surgery this is your place. I recommend highly.

Cut my finger today and needed a couple of stitches. They fit me in easily. Dr Chris did my sutures and the nurses did the dressing. All the staff were great and professional. Thanks for your help today. The equipment, such as their examination bed could be updated but overall happy with the service today.

Wrong place. This is price at not hinterland..phone numbers all go to wrong place. Cannot book appointment because the incorrect info is there... You might wanna remove after hours from your name if you no longer open after hours ... Seriously.. update your info

DANIEL KING!!!!! Is the man to see!!!!.... I went in there in so much pain and still laughed while I was in there he's cool he's awesome highly recommend him he straight up he's understanding knows what he's talking about... I went to 1 other place before seeing him..it was at Nerang doctors there rubbish!!...then I went to hinterland they actually gave me all my prescriptions I needed, took all my pain away was able to sleep.. as in the other place just gave me gell and a gargle wash and Panadol..., Do not go to doctor's at nerang!!!.... The treatment I received for serious burns at the beginning of the year was fantastic. The nurses especially were very professional and knowledgeable. Due to their good care I did not sustain any infections and the burns healed in time.
