We do not recommend this guest house and the agency extrem-sport.cz. The representative Ms. Nicova tends to bend the information. We ask for kitchen and wanted to avoid breakfast due to my diet, at first it looked it is impossible, then she wanted to discard just one breakfast - so I wouldn't have breakfast included my mum would. We were also told how fully booked they are. We came late on September 26th, 2019. I slept in sleeping bag and cap, as there was 19/18C degree Centigrade. That temperature was all our stay downstairs and in the common room, the other days in the daytime the temperature increased to 20, but the heating wasn't working nor even the towel warmer was working at all. I used the hairdryer to heat the bedroom. As much as we were told how booked they are there were 4 other people, and surprisingly their stay was without breakfast and all of them had separate kitchen for which we asked and never get. And all that at price more than 35e without breakfast in off-season, although in the printed catalog we found different-lower price. I do not remember to have such experience even in cheap (almost half price) hostel. Otherwise the rooms are clean and newly refurbished, however there is no service, and you are never sure of twhat you get and at what price.
Celkem slusny penzion. Jidlo az na par detailu ujde, na pokojich vsak chybi toaletni papir a mydlo.. Jinak celkem prijemne ubytovani a prijemny cesky personal.

Sehr gemütliche und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Bäder wurden neu gemacht und generell hat die Unterkunft einen tollen Charme! Auch die Leute vor Ort sind sehr zuvorkommend

Ewig schade, dass man dieses an sich wunderschöne Haus nicht längst renoviert hat, Potential definitiv vorhanden. Gastgeber sind freundlich, jedoch kein Service wie Wäschewechsel vorhanden, Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt ebenso zu wünschen übrig, Räumlichkeit für 3 Personen extrem beengend. Für einen kurzen Trip evtl. geeignet, wenn die Ansprüche bzgl. Komfort nicht allzu hoch sind. Richtige Urlaubsstimmung kam jedoch nicht auf, Frühstück bestand vorwiegend aus tschechischen Produkten, schade eigentlich wenn man bedenkt in welcher Region sich die Pension befindet.
