Awful. Went to return a item I didn’t want as it was garbage and guy refused to take it back. Wouldn’t give me in store credit, just same item. I’ll stick with amazon from now on for sure! This place is a scam

My wife and I arrived on a Wednesday morning to do some quick shopping. We easily noticed that no one was wearing masks. Of the seven staff we saw, not one was wearing. My wife and I didn't stay long.

Was in today to purchase a gaming chair for our son. I asked the floor clerk to help me get it down from the shelf as it was high up and I was unable to do it on my own due to illness. The clerk sighed, threw down her papers and stomped to where the chair was. She then proceeded to take the box from the shelf and then tossed it into the floor, a good three foot drop. She then continued to storm away while muttering “ I guess I’ll go get a trolly since you aren’t able to lift it yourself.” At that point I picked it up on my own as I’d only asked her to HELP me get it down and took it to the cashier who was wonderful and even had a young man carry it to my truck for me. If it’s too much trouble for floor staff to help a customer then that certain floor person should not be in the customer service industry. I won’t be coming back.
