I asked for a piece of equipment that they were out of but had at another branch. They offered to bring it in if I paid an exorbitant trucking bill. I was hoping for a little more flexibility from the “big guys”.

I was certain all the heaters were out but you found us one. I was not feeling great and the girls anticipated my needs doing the math for me. Yes voltage is great but thanks for working out the btu!
