My truck broke down in Hinton on my way to Jasper with my kids. Kal tire took us in right away for an inspection, rushed in a wheel bearing for the next day and hooked us up with a shuttle to rent a vehicle across town so we could continue our trip. They repaired my truck the next day and had us back on the road for our 3 hour trip home. Excellent service from the team at the Hinton Kal Tire, very professional and courteous. Thanks again guys, much appreciated!

As an explorer, here's my spin... From phone call, greeting to changing tires, i was impressed on the flow. The place was clean and the first time seeing a pressure washer for the wheels and tire. They cleaned the wheels before working on it. Brushed the wheel studs. 2pm Thursday was a quiet time on my visit.
Excellent experience at Kal Tire in Hinton. The whole team is efficient and very polite. After experiencing a few flat tires, I wanted to upgrade all tires on my truck, they are very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a good set of tires suitable for my needs. Also, after one short phone call, they were able to send someone out to my location outside of town and assist me with said flat tires in no-time! While sitting in the waiting room, I noticed it is very clean and sanitary, and provided wifi and refreshments. Very impressed with the service!
This place is getting worse and worse every day and every minute. The prices are going up and the quality of the service and all car and truck related maintenance is just dropping. Sometimes I think that the mechanics DO NOT know what they are doing and a simple procedure for them is just being forgotten putting the owner of the car in a very tight and dangerous corner. It has become a (I don't care) scenario for the mechanics and the manager in this location.
On our way to Edmonton we develop the slow leak in car tire. Kal Tire got us in Fast and had us on our way in no time. Thanks guys
Had the unfortunate experience of a flat on my tractor and had to purchase new one. Staff was speedy and professional. 40 years of trucking and this place was cleanest tire shop . Great job guys.

I can't even say my expense was good here lol. I got new tires put on and we were coming from out of town. They called us and told me my car was done. We get down there 40 minutes later (because we have no vehicle). And they tell me they haven't done a tire alignment yet, and it'll be another hour and a half when they pushed my car put onto the street and are working on a KALTIRE TRUCK instead of mine. My question is, why would you tell me my vehicle is done if your working on a company truck and still need to do this on my car. Probably taking my business elsewhere next time. Seriously not impressed.
