Front desk staff were inviting and very nice! Pho Lim was amazing with my daughter while putting on her cast. He explained everything and we were extremely pleased. Highly recommend!

Lack of transparency regarding billing in regards to radiology services. Billed separately by hospital (488) for a follow-up x-ray during a visit. Apparently Paulding WellStar/Hiram location uses radiology department for “in-house” x-rays. Upon inquiry with Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates billing representative, I was told benefits coordinator never contacted me due to my insurance coverage (United Healthcare). Consumer beware.
