Awesome! Technician showed up because my garage door cables came off the track. He fixed it in less than a half hour at a very fair price and there was no fee to show up because we agreed to have him fix the door. You guys are the best!

Buyer Beware. As a military veteran I follow the laws and treat others with respect. Also I am in my 40's with a family (to give you perspective). I was driving the speed limit on 95N today at 1pm, when this company's truck speed up (probably about 90mph) and tailgated me, even with the left lane open for him to move and pass with. I pulled over to the right lane and let him pass and he gave me the finger and speed off. I felt bad for the guy - over 50 angry white guy with mustache. Was this the owner, PETER BROWN - I do not know. I exited off Linton and proceeded to go home when, go figure he pulls up next to me at a red light! So all that crazy driving of his got him no further, lol! He cursed me out when I asked him if he was OK (maybe he was on medications, I thought) and I asked with no aggression in my voice. He then proceeded to cut me off trying to get me to hit him - not once, but twice! I don't know this company and if he is the owner or just one of their garage door mechanics, but if he acts this reckless on the road, I would not want him to install my garage door. His license #EZNT58. I included two photos: 1 rear photo of his truck with license plate and side shot of his company name and him giving me the finger! So unless they apologize and fire this nut, I do NOT recommend the negligent, unlawful and downright crazy "HIRE AUTHORITY GARAGE DOORS" workers. If they treated me this way as a law-abiding citizen and military vet, how will they treat you and your family with the installation or fixing of your personal garage door?

It was a pleasure dealing with an honest and reliable person like Peter Brown. He answered my questions, evaluated my needs and didn't try to up sell me and gave me a really good quote to replace my garage door. The installation tech Alan truck broke down, they made alternate arrangements to make sure they arrived and installed on the day they promised. Alan did a very through and professional job. I am more then satisfied and would recommend Hire Authority and Peter to anyone looking for garage door replacement or service.

Hire Authority was recommended to me by my neighbor several years ago. They have come to service my door on several occasions, delaying the inevitable replacement until now. The spring broke Tuesday night and I called Wednesday morning. Peter sent Mo out who was actually able to fix it one more time. However it’s really time for a new door and I was quoted a fair price. It should be installed within the next week. Definitely give them a call next time you need service or a new door.

I was planning to leave my home in Boca Raton early last Friday morning when I discovered that my garage door would not open, trapping my car inside. I could see that one of the springs was broken. I called Hire Authority, and Mo arrived within an hour. He quickly replaced both springs. Mo also recommended that we replace the worn out rollers and insulation strip. I readily agreed since it was clear that they needed replacing. The service was very responsive and professional. I strongly recommend Hire Authority Garage Doors.
