職員が電話で話した時間通りに見積もりのメールを出さず、確認の電話もしない。電話をこちらからすると「担当のものは他のお客様の対応中で……」と話にならず。世間で言われている評判の悪さがよくわかりました。物件自体はよいものだっただけに残念。
