Jennie always does the best job on my Acrylic nails! Karen helps me keep my hair current & always gives good advice on cuts & styling. Garnett gives relaxing & rejuvenating facials. Marilyn gives awesome massages. I’ve used lots of other stylists when I’ve needed a quick cut and they are all wonderful. Heather & Stephanie, the owners, are amazing. The front desk is always friendly & helpful. I love His or Hers & have been going here for yearsmaybe 15.

The cleanliness of the salon is spectacular. There is a staff member to greet you at the door to sanitize your hands and take your temperature. This made me immediately feel at ease. They also have masks available for those who don't have one. His or Hers is handling re-opening since the beginning of COVID with the utmost precautions while still making their clients feel welcome and safe. Madison F. did an amazing job of listening to how I wanted my hair and didn’t try to talk me into changing it. I appreciate her understanding and kind nature!

Waste of 221 and unhappy 14 year old! After paying 200 for getting my nieces hair done and she was not happy with the final product! We asked for them to go as light as they could bleaching her hair from brunette to blonde. I was told it could take a few visits to get the color she wanted. I was told to pay before she even was done and got to see the final product. After she came out it looked like they just put highlights all over her head instead of full color all over. After speaking with the owner she claimed they wouldn't of suggested doing hair color all over and it's safer to do highlights. If that was the case then we should of been told that at the consultation not after paying 221 for something we didn't want!!!! What's the point of spending that much money if you're left unhappy and not getting what you truly want? This salon is lacking in giving people what they ask for and want done. Do yourself a favor and find another salon. You'll thank me later!
