The staff is too lazy to solve the queries. Everybody is busy chit chatting with eachother rather than doing their work. They doesn't even answer properly and in soft tone. Try to get hyper on simple queries. Doesn't care who ablut students who are all over travelling from different states. Ask unecessary questions and keep on discussing those with eachother. Gives priority to students who are relatives. Overall experience is pathetic. Doesn't even have waiting areas.
