Ordered food for 7.30pm Saturday evening. Food turned up at 6pm, as they were delivering across the road My husband called up to complain, as we had requested the food for when I would be home. Staff unhelpful, rude, the guy on the phone hung up on my husband. Really,really disappointed as service used to be good. Maybe they should learn customer service skills, as customers are not just for lockdown, and actions like these won't win them anymore customers.
Do not recommend at all! Order was 15 mins late and cold, we ordered via just eat and I specifically asked for no onions as my fiancé is allergic to them, called to tell them and the man I spoke said “nothing I can do” give you discount next time! There won’t be a next time! Would give zero stars! Also under the part on the receipt where it’s says call customer on - not my tel number but someone else’s! Pretty sure that’s a mix up with peoples data!
Tasty food and really nice employees! Very well lit and feels safe at night. Lots of good vegetarian options, but note that its cash payment only!
