Such a lovely gym with a great atmosphere. Just moved to Fairfield and pleasantly surprised. Spa not quite as good as odyssey as the room wasn't hot enough and neither is the gym to be honest so takes a while to get warm

Lovely spa. Beautiful building. Struggles on peak days as needs more loungers etc and restaurant has limited capacity. Lunch was OK. Treatments were great! Staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend, just needs a few more seating areas and for loungers not to be reserved then pretty much perfect day.

I had a spa day booked with my friend, both opted for a neck,shoulder and back massage and a facial. Massage was good but the facial seemed a bit mechanical and over very quickly. However it wasn't the treatments I was disappointed with it was the therapist. I know during a massage there wouldn't be too much chatting but the only conversation was when she asked if I was here eith my friend. I then said would it be better if I tied my hair up and she said \if you want its up to you\. At the end she asked me how it was. I couldn't fault it really. Then onto the facial, she asked me what type of skin I had, I said tends to be drying anything, I then had my facial and dhe said I'll see you downstairs when your ready. I tjought she would have done some sort if skin analysis to determine what my skin was like, I expected her to talk me through what products she was using and why, but nothing. When I got down stairs she handed me a leaflet with all the products on it and said she had marked all the products she would recommend for me and that was it,again no explanation of anything or why she had recommended them so didn't really give me any incentive to purchase anything. I did feed this back to the lady on reception when I checked out and she asked me if I'd like to speak to the spa manager but to be honest I just wanted to get out but I wish I had now. Also I had booked a swim slot but there wasn't anyone monitoring who was using the pool and I felt there were too many people in there. On the whole a very disappointing experience, and I has been looking forward to the day so much,especially as I'd got this as a Christmas present and had waiting so long.

Today was my first day at the spa. I was greeted with a temp check before i entered. The venue is clean and very safe. I was nervous. I went alone and felt un-easy. The lovely receptionist lady, showed me to the pool area. I had a coffee and a slice of cake the two bar men, were very smiley and helpful i felt relaxed. I went to the spa and the spa therapist was awesome, sweet and gentle personality. I warmed to her straight away, my message was spot on, customer service was fab, she gave me great advice. I was asked how the spa was by reception and waved out with a smile. Thank you and my back feels better. Regards Katie

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing experience at this spa! Every single staff member was smiley (even considering working over Christmas time!) And helpful :) I read that the food was supposed to be reasonably priced but I was shocked at how well priced it was in the end and it was all lovely, would definitely return! All treatments were done very professionally aswell, left feeling very zen lol
