I recently had an eye test at Hitchin opticians and the whole test was very thorough and professional and I would recommend them to others. The opticians itself was covid secure with temperature checks and sanitiser being offered and I was able to take my time choosing new glasses without being rushed which was appreciated.
Great service, fantastic staff cannot fault them, following guidelines for covid with hand gel as you come in and restricting the number of people in store. Eye test with OCT explained and very thorough and informative. He really listened to what I said and I felt he did an excellent and thorough job. The manager was also very helpful and kind calling me after I had left to assist with my hearing appointment. Both of these members of staff manager and optician in my opinion went above and beyond what is expected of them. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you.
