Last year my son got me my 60th birthday cake from them which I was over the moon with. I asked for Captain America cake. (yep no flowery cake lol) along with cup cakes. Then a year later he's now got his dad a James Bond cake. The cakes taste good as well as look good. Emma does an excellent job. Highly recommend her.

Visited for the first time today having recently moved to the area and was made to feel very welcome. Friendly staff, good service and food. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others.
Always get a warm welcome. The Thursday baguettes are very tasty (beef in gravy with horseradish). They do lovely cakes and milkshakes too
Out on a mammoth cycle ride and NEEDED COFFEE....not knowing the area we had to Google coffee shops...google suggested \Box of Cakes\ which was 0.1 of a mile away...it is just off the main road and tucked away which is why we'd missed it. VERY friendly staff and an awesome coffee....although we didn't participate in cake they had a very generous selection. Next time we're over this way we'll definitely visit this little independent again.....and have cake. Thanks.
