The security I experienced at The Worlds Inn in Romford was extremely unprofessional, direspectul, rude and untrustworthy. The two bouncers Brad and Jamie were very uncouth in their approach and treated us like what felt like 'rats in their experiement'. They relished the control they had and abused the power they were given. I am t-total and did not deserve the treatment I was given. I will be putting in a further complaint about the lack of justification of their responsibility as nightclub bounces. I am very offended by the manner at which they composed themselves and they are a discredit to the company that hires them. This just implies to me the type of company that would hire such unprofessional servicemen and I now do not trust the credibility of such a company.

To this day I have never encountered a security company as incredibly incompetent as Bradzone Security Services. The members of staff were arrogant, abusive and irrational with a shocking lack of professionalism. Sincerely disappointed in this company.
