Cinnabar have created a great covered outdoor area, probably one of the best in Hitchin. Sadly the compliments stop there. Their Covid19 awareness is in name only and service exceptionally slow. We visited on a Tuesday evening with another couple. We ordered a sharing cocktail which was provided in a single large glass which three of the party were expected to share. Service for subsequent drinks was very slow and on two occasions there were no staff around. It was noticeable the other tables (just three others) suffered the same fate. One table cleared it's own table of empty plates and glasses. There was no hand santiser available and no indication of which tables had been cleaned. In fact there was no cleaning of any tables during the time we were there. Staff were not particularly friendly nor helpful. I asked to turn the patio heater on only to be bluntly told it wasn't working which I later found out it was. Great opportunity, very poorly executed.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good variety and selection of food. Had a pretty decent tapas and the mango sundae which was a perfect summer after. Outdoor seating available. Poor mobile app for table booking. Would recommend overall.
The food and staff were lovely but its a bit dark in there. Desserts are fantastic. Had Gin Fizz and lime cheesecake
Really lovely food and Pornstar Martinis to die for, good atmosphere. Would go again and recommend
