I’ve been practicing yoga with Claire regularly since the beginning of the year and I’m absolutely loving it. Even over Zoom, she has such a calming vibe and really puts me at ease. Her routines flow really well and she always gives various options to make things more or less difficult, which has been really helpful to me as a relative beginner. I can’t thank Claire enough for her amazing guidance and in particular the wonderful complimentary yoga nidra sessions she offers on some Thursday evenings. Claire is by far the best teacher I’ve tried and is always so accommodating, sending out recordings if you oversleep and miss the live class like me I can’t wait to come into the studio when it’s allowed. Thank you, Claire!

Whatever level you are Claire's classes work well. Claire also uses poetry & mantras in her class which add a special vibe. I always look forward to the next class.

Claire always delivers an enjoyable session whether it a be an energising flow, a relaxing nidra or a rebalancing meditation. I love the readings Claire adds in, leaving your mind, body & soul connected. If you want to add some balance into your life I can thoroughly recommend her classes.

I absolutely love practicing with Claire. I have been taking Pre Natal Yoga classes with her for almost 6 months and find them (and Claire) an invaluable support. Definitely worth the investment. I also signed up to \Take a deep breath\ twice. Once when in Tier 4 restrictions which was 3 times a week for 4 weeks and another recently in this lockdown which was Yin, 10 mins a day for 5 consecutive days. All of Claires classes are a mix of asana (posture), meditation, information, readings, mantra and mudra. Claire is a fantastic teacher and I am so glad I found her. I highly recommend trying at least one of Claires classes. On zoom or in person. I will continue to train with Claire and look forward to bringing baby along too!
