Met Charlie who showed me round the property. Very friendly and professional. Had a chat about where furniture would go, and he made some great suggestions. He was very good about keeping me informed on how my application was going, and advised me every step of the way. Flat viewed, tenancy signed within a week. Great service, thanks for making it so stress free.

Called multiple times over 2 days to try and book in viewings and kept being told I would be called back but this didn't happen. Really disappointing that I never even got far enough to leave them a review on how they were with viewings as it never got that far. In the time it took for me to get hold of someone to try and arrange viewings, some of the properties had been let. Ended up going with another local letting agent and got a much better service.
We've been renting through Country Properties for two years and have just bought our first home through them as well. They have been nothing but professional and have made a stressful experience much more seamless. We worked with Becky to completion of our new home and would highly recommend her.
