If you want to purchase from a company that will not deal with an end user, (even to offer advice on a part), refers you back to the original installer and then apparantley isn't particularly co-operative with them - If you want to deal with a company whose product fails 5 weeks out of warranty and they seem to ignore little things like statutory rights and customer service, then fill your boots with this company and good luck. Ironically we found out the part we needed is 10, but they couldn't even be bothered to tell us that directly, if they had been even remotely helpful, I would have bought one and left it there - but no, even that was too much for them to do. my advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID, we found a lot of other nice and very helpful companies out there who deserve your business and hard earned money and will deal with an end user - If your plumber / professional trade person suggests they buy the product you want from these people - advise them not too as they are just as unhelpful to to trades people.
