Called this morning as we’d run out of oil, I was told no promises could be made but the kind lady on the phone would mark the delivery as urgent and she’d see what they could do. She did say worst case could be 5 working days. A few hours later I received a call to say they would be delivering tomorrow. Great service and appreciated.
Fantastic company - great on-line ordering service, competitive pricing, fast delivery and most importantly when we ran out of oil over the weekend, they were able to do a delivery by 10.00 am on Monday - I have never experienced that with any other oil company. Would highly recommend.
Driver of their vehicle PD04 FCD seems to think he is within his right to block access along a public road so he can make a delivery, and when asked to moved proceeds to become rude and use foul language. Not a review about the services of this business but their representative that lets them down.

This company is very rude and unreliable, just called them to find out where my delivery was that was promised and confirmed by them twice for 15th and got shouted at!!! I paid extra for express delivery by 15th Dec but was told they are fed up and overworked and I will be lucky if I get by 19th!!! My advice... if your looking for reliability, honesty and an acceptable level of customer service GO ELSEWHERE . VERY VERY POOR VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING! Speedy fuel and Crown are faster, cheeper and better USE THEM INSTEAD.
