Lovel local branch. Staff are very helpful. We always have a natter over the counter. Don’t listen to the snotty review from jane. I’ve been a customer there for over 20 years so I should know.
Not the best bank. Staff in branch often can't be bothered to assist with enquiries and just fob you off so they don't have to deal with problem. Reviewed sept 2019 still experiencing problems with account now branch opening hours are so limited, 10-4 weekdays does not really allow for anyone who works for a living to access the branch.
