Excellent highly focussed service from Catherine with attention to detail in both aural testing and provision of siutable customised hearing aids. Follow up was very good and I felt supported and cared for even in this difficult period.
Saw Cath for microsuction after earwax build up began to affect my hearing. Was delighted by the service she gave, and hearing now restored. Was able to see inside the ear myself using her clever camera probe, both before and after treatment, and saw some of the gubbins that she got out - yuk! She offered advice and was both professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
