When my MacBook died, I called Herts IT and within 24 hours I had a fully functioning laptop again. They were extremely helpful on the phone, I was able to drop the machine off straight away and within 5 hours they had performed a diagnostic, identified the issue, suggested a solution and given me a reasonable quote. The work went ahead immediately and I collected it the next day. Really friendly service and very affordable. Mike was super-helpful and I couldn't have been happier.
