First of all I would like to say thank you to all takeaway business who are working hard through this pandemic. Also I'd like to thank HKB and dedicated staff for a speedy cook and delivery of my food. I ordered fries, chicken wings and chicken breast, the chicken was so tender and the fries were still hot when I received my takeaway meal, keep it up guy's

Went into the so called best kebab in hitchin? Asked for doner wait 10 mins for it the salad was poor not fresh and after waiting 10 mins you would think the meat would be hot but No !!! Stone cold got to be the worst kebab ever! If this is meant to be hitchin best I would dread to think what the others are? They couldn't even get the order right ?

Freezing cold and extremely salty doner meat and small portion. Handful of chips for 1.60 that were hard and also cold. Chicken was dry but yet very greasy at the same time?? First time ordering and never will again! Definitely not best kebab more like worst kebab. Avoid;

This place used to be the best kebab place in Hitchin, but unfortunately, since it changed management it has massively gone down hill. Whilst the apparent manager comes across with what seems to be a professional customer focused tone it does nothing to overcome the fact that he cannot accept being in the wrong when his staff have made a mistake (on multiple occasions I may add) even when he speaks to them directly and they confirm they have made a mistake in front of me. He has the audacity to make out that I'm some sort of problem customer because I have raised issues in the past with their sub par service and mistakes. It is a genuine shame really as I think the potential is there but a few sloppy mistakes and inability to take responsibility for them is damaging to their reputation and credibility as a kebab house. All the best but I won't be returning anytime soon and will advise others to stay clear.

Nice enough kebab, Don't like it when meat kept in tin goes greasy but not bad, Nice staff just keep the meat fresh please
