Absolutely terrible, as a chef with a very expensive set of knives I decided to give this company ago. I wish I hadn't! The cutting edge on all of my now useless knives are destroyed, it looks like he tried to sharpen them with a hammer a chisel! As a side note I was removed from said site because I dared to question his "sharpening" skills in public! His response in a private email went along the lines of "you dont want to be pi##ing someone off who sharpens knives for a living!" I would be scared but I've seen his work!
Great job on our kitchen knives, scissors and garden tools. You don't realise how bad they are getting until you see the result of them being brought back to new standard. Top job, quick and flexible for dropping off and collection. Highly recommend
