We asked Hound Security to come out to use on short notice to stop our alarm from going off. From the initial call to having an engineer attend the same day, they were very helpful and professional and very conscious of covid rules. After the engineer had left we got emailed a very detailed service report. We will definitely be calling them in future and would be happy to recommend them.

Found Hound Security through Checkatrade and very pleased we did, Graham attended our home as promised advised us and promised us a quote which arrived that evening and was very reasonable. Graham attended yesterday to fit and install our cameras and recorder and nothing was too much trouble, he is extremely competent, knowledgeable and professional and a thoroughly nice person. we needed someone out asap on a weekend to stop our alarm going off. Everywhere else seemed to be closed or didnt answer the phone but we found hound security. Graham quickly replied with a time and arrived on time. He sorted out the problem very quickly even though we didnt know the engineer code, changed our battery and left us with a working alarm. 100% would recommend and use again.

We found Graham online and were really pleased to have met him. A lot of trust is needed to give someone access to your house (and alarm system!!) But both my wife and I were put at ease with Graham. Friendly, tidy, competitively priced and clearly has a real passion for customer service.
