Had better food out of a microwave and less burnt, don't ever order from here. The chicken was just lumps of fat and I also had a random bit of raw bit of cauliflower in my chowmein

Not sure how the ratings are so high given the fact they can’t cook proteins properly. Both chicken balls and chicken satay were raw inside. Won’t be ordering again.

Food from Jasmine is great... Service always hilariously awful. Usually goes like this. Order Wait until 20 mins after requested time and call for an update Jasmine remembers to start cooking Delivery eventually happens. Food enjoyed... If still awake Same again tonight.

Just had a takeaway. Worst sweet and sour I’d ever had - sauce tasted more like barbecue sauce with tomato ketchup in and balls were quite dark. Beef in black bean sauce wasn’t advertised as spicy and it was full of chilli. Really disappointed.

Amazing food as always. Their online system is seamless and the wait times aren’t too bad. 45 mins to deliver outside of Hitchin from ordering! Food arrived warm and yummy
