Thank you to Caroline Smith at Michael Graham who managed the after-sale process of the purchase of a house for my mother. Caroline was super-clear in her communications which was really helpful especially in our chain, where several estate agents were involved, so getting a clear understanding at times was somewhat tricky. Just bought from and sold with Michael Graham. They were fantastic from start to finish. Helping out with the (at times) tricky process and providing a calm response. They were always on call often going above and beyond to help out with recommendations of tradesman etc. We sold our place in 3 days and the whole process took c10 weeks. We don’t plan on moving for a very long time but if we do, we will definitely use MG. Special thanks to Gareth, Phil and Pam.

Recently sold my property through Michael Graham, very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. My sale was a long process as it was part of a divorce settlement . Phil the branch manager came round to value the property a full year before we finally completed!
