I couldn't recommend more highly! Through the pandemic Trudi and team have adapted so well in terms of moving classes to online and supporting wellbeing at home. I used to go to the gym in the morning for a class to help me stretch and keep some toning in my body, with everything going on the classes aren't on and I'm not comfortable going. Mirrors dance holds a Friday AM... AT 7AM... STRETCH AND TONE class PAYG, which is honestly the perfect way to start the weekend. I sit at a desk all week and am often slouched over decorating tiny details for my hobby so my back and shoulders always trouble me... This morning class wakes my body up and gives it the love it deserves. Trudi gives options with moves to make sure you're not over doing it and can then work your way up. I find this perfect I used to spend half my workout time trawling the internet for a class at my level! With autumn drawing in, it's lovely to join the class in the morning in the still dark and wake my body up as the sun wakes up too. Feels magical and I can't wait to advance to some of the harder positions! I recommend this class 100%.

It's pretty hard to find high quality, fun, welcoming adult dance classes, but Mirrors Dance just does that! The instructors really know their stuff & are so friendly. Private & group lessons are fab & you'll always leave feeling happy, energised & wanting to keep dancing!

Started dancing with Trudi and the Mirrors Dance team about 18 months ago, and haven’t looked back! Great, friendly and above all fun team with a wealth of dance knowledge. Highly recommended
So glad I joined MirrorsDance two and a half years ago! Principal dance teacher Trudi and her team are very warm and welcoming, and her classes are always enjoyable! Have met some really lovely people there too :-) If you're looking to learn a new skill, meet new people, need an outlet or you simply love to dance, I would definitely recommend MirrorsDance!
